By accessing or using Sessionflow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Sessionflow provides pre-market bias analysis for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Sessionflow offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
You agree not to resell, redistribute, or share the Sessionflow daily brief with non-subscribers. Each subscription is for individual use only. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account.
We aim to deliver the daily brief by 8:00 AM ET on every US trading weekday. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Sessionflow is not liable for any losses resulting from delayed or missed brief delivery.
The Sessionflow platform, including its bias engine methodology, design, and content, is owned by Sessionflow. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sessionflow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on any bias analysis provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
