We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your email address and trading preferences (instruments and sessions). We also collect usage data such as when you access the platform and how you interact with the bias engine.
We use your information to deliver the daily bias brief to your inbox, personalize your experience based on your selected instruments and sessions, process payments through Stripe, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your account data is stored securely in Supabase (PostgreSQL database hosted in EU West). Authentication is handled by Clerk. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe — we never store your card details directly.
By creating an account, you agree to receive the Sessionflow daily brief email before the NY session open. You can update your email preferences or delete your account at any time from your settings page.
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI bias generation), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy.
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at privacy@getsessionflow.io and we will process your request within 30 days.
